Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz Greek yogurt
  • 3 English cucumbers, or any other cucumber of choice
  • 5 lemons, juiced
  • 1 bunch mint, rough chopped
  • 1 bunch dill weed, rough chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice and herbs.
  • Grate the cucumbers and add it into the mixing bowl.
  • With a spatula or wooden spoon, fold the mixture until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Chill the yogurt mixture for 2 hours and serve!
