The Farms Together produce box program at the Seaside market ended on June 11th due to the USDA LFPA grant that funded the program being canceled. Please continue to support the farmers and vendors at the farmers markets, and take advantage of the Market Match program to double your CalFresh benefits by up to $30 more per day or Medi-Cal members can check if you are eligible to sign up for our Fresh Rx produce prescription program for FREE weekly produce!

Starting in May: The Seaside Farmers’ Market is celebrating the longer days of spring and summer by opening and closing later in the evening from 4 to 8 pm for the summer season. Stock up on fresh produce, pick up dinner from the selection of delicious hot food and prepared artisan goods, and enjoy music and great company at Laguna Grande Park!

The Seaside Certified Farmers’ Market happily accepts EBT, WIC, and Senior FMNP benefits and conducts a Market Match program for EBT customers to increase their spending power. For every $1 you spend on your EBT card, Market Match will match $1.50 to buy fresh produce up to $30 per day ($30 on your EBT card = $75)! Ask about Market Match at the Information Booth.
