
Strawberry and Coconut Slushie
A cool, fun, and refreshing drink that provides the necessary electrolytes after a good workout!
Ingredients
- 1 C strawberries, blended
- 1 C coconut water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 C crushed ice
Instructions
- In a container, add in your coconut water, lemon juice and Himalayan salt.
- Add the blended strawberry into the coconut mixture. Mix well.
- Pour over crushed ice. Serve!
