Instructions
In a food processor, combine cashews, water, garlic chives, parsley, cilantro, green onions, lemon juice, zest, capers, tarragon, extra virgin olive oil, and pepper. Pulse until well combined. Season to taste.
Serve as a dip, toss with salad greens or use as a spread. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
