- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Finely chop 1 large yellow onion, 1 large green bell pepper, 1 medium zucchini, and 2 carrots. Set aside until ready to use.
In a large mixing bowl, place 1 lb. ground turkey, 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning, 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, ½ tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp kosher salt, and ½ tsp black pepper. Mix until everything is thoroughly combined.
Preheat a large skillet over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to the pan, followed by your chopped veggies. Cook the veggies, stirring occasionally, until they are soft but not mushy (5-7 minutes).
Add the seasoned turkey to the pan and stir to mix everything together. Cook until the turkey is done and has formed some brown bits.
