Ingredients
  

  • ½ head of green cabbage
  • ½ tsp any bold flavoring, Magi, vegetable or chicken bouillon, dashi powder, etc
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • kosher salt, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Rough chop cabbage and wash thoroughly. Dry.
  • Once dried, toss it with preferred bold flavoring, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and garlic.
  • Pinch of salt to taste, and serve!
