- ½ head of green cabbage
- ½ tsp any bold flavoring, Magi, vegetable or chicken bouillon, dashi powder, etc
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- kosher salt, to taste
Rough chop cabbage and wash thoroughly. Dry.
Once dried, toss it with preferred bold flavoring, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and garlic.
Pinch of salt to taste, and serve!
