Ingredients
  

  • 2 heads of cauliflower, grated
  • 2 medium onions, diced
  • 8 tomatoes, diced
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil, or any kind of oil

Instructions
 

  • Grind or chop the cauliflower very finely.
  • Dice the tomatoes and onions.
  • Chop the parsley and mince garlic too.
  • On a pan, add the oil and heat it over medium to high heat.
  • Then add the onions and garlic, and sautéed for a minute. Add the tomatoes.
  • Let it cook for about a minute or two, and add the cauliflower and parsley. Salt to your taste.
  • Let it cook until cauliflower is soft and LISTO!
