
Philo's Cauliflower Rice
Philo's rendition of her cauliflower rice!
Ingredients
- 2 heads of cauliflower, grated
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 8 tomatoes, diced
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
- salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil, or any kind of oil
Instructions
- Grind or chop the cauliflower very finely.
- Dice the tomatoes and onions.
- Chop the parsley and mince garlic too.
- On a pan, add the oil and heat it over medium to high heat.
- Then add the onions and garlic, and sautéed for a minute. Add the tomatoes.
- Let it cook for about a minute or two, and add the cauliflower and parsley. Salt to your taste.
- Let it cook until cauliflower is soft and LISTO!
