
Tzatziki Sauce
A simple and refreshing dip that can pair well with your favorite vegetable crudités!
Ingredients
- 32 oz Greek yogurt
- 3 English cucumbers, or any other cucumber of choice
- 5 lemons, juiced
- 1 bunch mint, rough chopped
- 1 bunch dill weed, rough chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice and herbs.
- Grate the cucumbers and add it into the mixing bowl.
- With a spatula or wooden spoon, fold the mixture until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Chill the yogurt mixture for 2 hours and serve!
